PropertyTaxTalk.com (PTT) is made up of a group of individuals that realize how important, yet often overlooked, the topic of property tax is.  Think about it - almost every property (real estate) owner has to contend with this aspect of property ownership.  We're simply people that have lived through the informal and formal appeals processes as well as the reevaluation process, and beyond... and are here to help you.

We can't guarantee that you'll get the result that you want.  What we can do is provide you a venue in our forums where you can seek out individuals that may be able to give you that one illusive, yet important bit of information that can make your appeal fall in your favor.

Information and knowledge is the absolute key to presenting an appeal in a beneficial manner.  Actually, information and knowledge is the absolute key in all property tax issues.  Simply put, the more you know, the better off you are!

But we're not just about appeals.  Really!  We're about the entire property tax process.  Issues such as assessments, reevaluations and much more.  Reevaluations are an equally important factor to realize since when home (or other property) values increase, either from internal (you add a room or a level to your home (or building)), or external (neighborhood prices rise) you will undoubtedly be affected.
